Originally designed in 2019 for our 1 3/4 customers then shortly after 1 1/2. To combat the drag those school bus mirrors people were using.  Durable,Slim, lightweight, aerodynamic and clean looking.

1 1/2 Inch or 1 3/4 inch Bar options available.  

Standard operating procedure
*Tools needed for installation-
*Flat head screwdriver or 1/4 quarter inch drive but driver (no power tools)
*5/64 Allen wrench
*1/4 in torque wrench with 5/64 Allen socket and 1/4 six point socket
DIRECTIONS FOR INSTALLATION-
-open bag containing mirror housing assembly
- remove mirror assembly from bag and discard bag (chocking hazard for children and adults)
- remove hose clamp with screwdriver or 1/4 nut driver and save for later
- loosen the 6-32 button head screws one revolution with 5/64 Allen
- mock up assembly to tubing you would like to mount to
- this mock up will be where you make sure the housing clears all body components and the roll bar fits neatly into the radius on the mounting bracket
- while mocking up the mirror, you may have an extreme angle and need to move the adjusting lock bolt to a secondary hole to accommodate proper adjustment (legend cars) this is ok remove bolt from factory hole and move to secondary threaded hole, then reinstall
- once happy with clearance, adjustment of housing you can now snug up the 6-32 button head bolts ( do not exceed 9 N-m or 80 in/lb)
- while holding mirror in place make sure chassis is sitting flat on the mounting surface
-install hose clamp thru the mounting bracket and use flathead screwdriver/1/4 nut driver to tighten (do not exceed 10 N-m/ 88.5 in/lb)
- if at any time mirror housing is not clear of body, or mounting bracket is not sitting flush on chassis tube, do not proceed. Proceeding will lead to improper installation, stretching plastic, and could lead to failure of parts, due to operator error
- you may now do final adjustments reminder do not exceed 9 N-m on button head bolts or 10 N-m on hose clamp.
*You should not have to modify mirror assembly, body, or mounting chassis to install the assembly.
